Payment and Shipping

Double check your order before checkout
When making your payment please ensure you enter the correct details.
ALPHA CLIMAX will not be held liable for incorrect order information.
Once payment has reflected in ALPHA CLIMAX account, order will be shipped.
Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and is determined by product cost and location
This process will take 3-5 days (locally only)

International Orders

International shipping is calculated according to the weight and shipping zone.
Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties charged by the receiving country.
Once Payment reflects in the ALPHA CLIMAX account, order will be shipped. This takes between 5-10 business days.

Returns and Exchanges

The item must be unworn and unused
The item must be in its original packaging
The item must be returned within 5 days of purchase to the ALPHA CLIMAX studio at customers own expenses.
Once we’ve received it in the same unused condition , in its original packaging, we will issue you a store credit voucher of the same value
No returns on intimate wear/ swimwear will be issued (please make sure sizing is correct before purchase)
No returns on face masks or infinity neck warmers*
No returns/exchanges will be accepted if damage was caused due to incorrect garment care.
No returns/exchanges on end of season items
All SALE ITEMS are considered FINAL SALE ITEMS and are therefore NOT refundable
Regrettably we cannot accept exchanges or returns on international orders

*PLEASE NOTE*

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we don’t except returns on face masks or infinity neck warmers will be issued. Please make sure you check the size guide before your purchase. We use the best hygiene practices when packaging your products and garments. All face masks should be washed once before wear as a safety and health precaution.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms and conditions.
